It started with a mess.

It all started while helping my dad in our kitchen in Austin, Texas, and I couldn’t ever find the perfect seasoning. So I took out every spice we had and started experimenting with different combinations. I’m not gonna lie…our kitchen was a distaster zone. Dad wasn’t too thrilled…until he tasted the final blend that I came up with. We started putting it on everything we grilled, and everything tasted way better.
